John Giust
John Giust has practiced law for over 25 years at some of the best and the most well known firms in the United States. His practice consists of intellectual property matters, litigation in the Federal Courts and corporate transactional matters. He is an electrical engineer admitted to practice at the US Patent and Trademark office, and has handled patent litigation cases for technology companies as both Plaintiff and Defendant. He has been lead trial counsel in significant District Court and International Trade Commission matters, trying cases to verdict, as well as handling appeals. He has argued at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circut and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
